The guest shops work like our partner shops: simple, efficient and time-saving. As you only set up an event including seating plan via different guest shops.

This is how it works: Within the seating plan, sales groups can be allocated for individual seats. The sales groups are then combined with a partner or guest shop which is accessed via a separate link in the browser. The guest fans can use this to access the password-protected shop, where seats in the relevant sales group are available. In addition, a limitation oft he bookable tickets per order or fan is possible. In this way, the fans are more independent in their ticket booking and the ticketers are relieved.

Of course, your fans enjoy all the benefits of a customer account. They can manage their orders and tickets and have them ready at all times. It is also possible to access the mobile or Print@Home tickets here.

Loyalty pays off – because we also offer the possibilities for a loyalty program. Customer data is collected and target group-oriented customer segmentation is carried out via system-internal customer relationship management,. Our promoter app with the integrated scan function is suitable for Android and iPhone operating systems. After installation, the QR codes of mobile and Print@Home tickets can be read out intuitively via mobile phone camera or laser scan. Thanks to synchronisation, the parallel use of several devices for incoming and outgoing scanning is possible. In addition to the scan, you will receive admission-relevant notification messages on your device and can activate the vibration and sound function for support.
