Print@home tickets or online tickets are a popular alternative and will be e-mailed to customers, making them instantly available. The use of thermal tickets and season tickets is also possible.

The operational process refers to the printing of individual gift wrappings and color tickets, as well as to the enveloping and franking of the tickets and their supplements.

Our software “boxOFFICE” is an easy-to-use solution for ticket sales at the box office. Existing quotas are shown and you are able to book directly through the system and print the tickets on the spot.

“scanPOINT” is also our in-house tool for access control at the venue. With this innovative scan software you can manage every kind of entrance, from small concerts to big festivals.

After successfully ordering a print@home ticket, the document will be sent immediately as a PDF file to the registered e-mail address. Color tickets can either be shipped by express delivery within 24 hours domestically or classically via the standard post service in 3-5 working days.

Yes. The ticket shop can be linked to your own website. Either by linking or through the direct installation of the booking page on your website. Your customers and fans can easily access the shop while surfing on your website.
